We appreciate our shoppers lead busy lives and Click & Collect offers all the benefits of shopping online with the added convenience of picking up your items whenever suits you – and at no extra cost.

Whether it’s the weekly food shop at Sainsbury’s, everyday essentials from Boots, or that coat you’ve had your eye on from Jigsaw, Click & Collect is the time saving option for the savvy shopper.

Make the most of your shopping trip by meeting a friend for coffee and cake at Caffe Nero or Coffee Break, or treating the family to a lunch at The Cheeky Pea – safe in the knowledge that your order is in stock and waiting for you to collect at your leisure.

Click & Collect really is retail therapy at its finest as once you’ve reserved exactly what you want, you’ve got plenty of time to see what else is on offer. And remember, at Eden Walk you can also enjoy free wifi – shopping has never been easier.

    Q-Park houses 700 parking spaces directly above the centre, including 21 disabled spaces. With a height restriction of 1.95m, the car park also has manned call points for assistance during opening hours.

Facilities

Baby Changing Stations and Feeding Room

Baby Changing facilities are located on the second floor by the public toilets, near the car park office. We also offer a room for feeding a baby.

Car Parking

Q-Park houses 700 parking spaces directly above the Eden Walk, including 21 bays for Blue Badge holders. The car park offers manned call points to give assistance during opening hours. Please note there is a height restriction of 1.95m.

We are proud that our car park has been issued the Park Mark, an award given by the Police to car parks that have achieved the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme, designed to reduce crime in car parks.

Childsafe Scheme

The centre operates a Childsafe Scheme. Please refer to the poster and information around the centre as to how the procedure works.

Photo booth & Kiddie Ride

The Photo booth and Kiddie Ride are located on the ground floor level, in the Centre Management lift lobby.

Public Toilets

Our customer toilets are located on the second floor, near the car park office.
