With lots of flowery time in the sun, its sure to be some splendid fun. So, roll up your jeans and pull up a chair, at the Garden of Eden you can let down your hair!

Join us for a different theme every week throughout the summer from our Buzzing Bug Ball to our Gardening Gala there’s something for everyone. 

Every Thursday from the 26th July to the 30th August from 12noon to 4pm we will be hosting an assortment of activities ranging from workshops, storytelling and face painting to entertain the kids while you lounge in our deckchairs and soak up the sun.

26th July – Buzzing Bug Ball

Flutter, creep, fly or crawl to our Buzzing Bug Ball! Release your creativity from its cocoon at our workshop where you can make your own Bug Eye Crown and Butterfly Mask. You can transform into your favourite creepy crawly at our face-painting workshop and enter our Bug Hunt to win a prize (while stocks last) from our resident Queen Bee!

2nd August – Teddy Bear’s Picnic

If you go down in the woods today you're sure of a big surprise If you go down in the woods today you'd better go in disguise!  Come join us for our Teddy Bear’s Picnic to listen to our storyteller capture you in his enchanting stories (12noon, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm) or get grizzly at our face-painting station. It’s a (Bring Your Own Bear) event so don’t forget to grab your teddy on your way out!

9th August – The Secret Garden

A sprinkle of fairy dust and a whole lot of fun – it’s The Secret Garden, we hope you can come! There’s all types of magical creations to be made at the workshop from fairies & gnomes to beautiful flowers or become an unearthly being yourself at our face- painting station.

16th August – Hansel & Gretel

Knock on the door of the Gingerbread House and join the battle against the Witch’s Curse. Eden Walk have teamed up with the Rose Theatre to put on some free fun activities based on Hansel and Gretel. Be captured by interactive storytelling (12noon, 1pm & 2pm). Transform yourself at the face-painting station or join in the Sweet Search for your chance to be entered into our prize draw to win a family ticket to the Rose Theatre’s ‘Hansel & Gretel’!

23rd August – Once Upon a Time

Once Upon a Time in the Garden of Eden there lived a Princess, a storyteller (12noon, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm) and face-painters. Make sure to get your happily ever after at Eden Walk with all these free activities for your little ones to enjoy!

30th August – Gardening Gala

Green fingers? Thyme to have some fun and be a little boulder in the garden. Lettuce turn up the beet at our workshop where you can create your own veggie plot markers and ladybug pebbles. Be a-maize-ing at our face-painting station where you can bloom into gorgeous blossoms or mean greens! We’re rooting for you in our Garden Hunt where you can collect our gardening giveaways (while stocks last).  Don’t forget to say hi to our Gardener Professor Crump, he’s kind of a big dill!

    Q-Park houses 700 parking spaces directly above the centre, including 21 disabled spaces. With a height restriction of 1.95m, the car park also has manned call points for assistance during opening hours.

Baby Changing facilities are located on the second floor by the public toilets, near the car park office. We also offer a room for feeding a baby.

We are proud that our car park has been issued the Park Mark, an award given by the Police to car parks that have achieved the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme, designed to reduce crime in car parks.

The centre operates a Childsafe Scheme. Please refer to the poster and information around the centre as to how the procedure works.

The Photo booth and Kiddie Ride are located on the ground floor level, in the Centre Management lift lobby.

Our customer toilets are located on the second floor, near the car park office.
